Payline is the Commonwealth of Virginia's payroll self-service tool. Payline allows employees to view their paychecks, check their leave balances, and view the number of their W-4 exemptions.
All employees must fill out a federal and state W-4 form. Employees may also make changes to the forms during the year.
Employees are encouraged to sign-up for Direct Deposit. With direct deposit, employees can have their money automatically placed into their checking and savings account. Employees can also access Payline to have their direct deposit advices withheld, so that the process becomes paper free.
Timesheets must be submitted each pay period to Human Resource Services for all non-exempt or wage employees. Timesheets should be reviewed by the employee and supervisor for accuracy prior to submitting them to HR.
Please submit completed forms to your Benefits Administrator or Payroll Manager.
To sign-up for Direct Deposit, complete the direct deposit form and submit it in to your Benefits Administrator or Payroll Manager.
Leave Request Forms
Leave Request forms should be filled out by the employee and signed by the supervisor prior to submitting them to Human Resources. Please review the leave period calendar to determine when Leave Request Forms are due.
